This week, our 7th-grade class at OCIS had an unforgettable experience at the Pocono Environmental Education Center! Over three days, students attended engaging classes, explored the great outdoors on hikes, and participated in exciting team-building activities. It was an incredible opportunity for learning, growth, and making lasting memories. Both students and staff had a great time and we can't wait for future PEEC trips!

The OCIS girls basketball game against Belhaven scheduled for today (Tuesday, January 7th) has been postponed. Practice will still be held after school until 3:20pm.

Yesterday all OCIS students attended a school-wide assembly presented by the Go Big BMX Air Show. This assembly included BMX stunts while integrating bike safety, Anti-Bullying and motivational messages for students. Staff and students were excited to welcome the Go Big BMX Air Show to OCIS!
